Scenario:
Oliver Queen was invited by Barry Allen, Ray Palmer, and Harrison Wells to join them in
a conference in CERN. The three (3) scientists wanted to teach Oliver about the possible uses of
stable nuclear energy to power Queen Consolidated. They taught him how to analyze and compute
for radioactive decay, especially both alpha and beta-minus decays. They gave him only one
problem to solve: Demonstrate the radioactive decay of 23U to20 Pb.
