A real estate firm lists property for sale. It has a number of sales offices in several
states. Each office is described by the unique office number, an address, and number of
agents at the location. Each sales office is assigned one or more employees. All
employees have unique Employee ID, and EmployeeName An employee must be
assigned to only one sales office. There is always one employee assigned to manage
each sales office. An employee may manage only the sales office to which he/she was
assigned and an office must always have one manager. The firm lists properties for
sale. Information for property include Property ID (identifier) and Location. Components
of Location include Address, City, State, and ZipCode. In addition, we want to keep
track of the selling price of the property and the year it was constructed. Each unit of
property must be listed with one and only one of the sales offices and one and only one
agent in the company. A sales office may have any number of properties listed, or may
have no properties listed. Each unit of property has one or more owners. All owners
have Owner ID for identification and Name. An owner may own one or more units of
property. An attribute of the relationship between property and owner is PercentOwned
