When both coordination compound dissolved in water they give following ions in their aqueous solutions-

[Cu(NH3)4]SO4.H2O --------> [Cu(NH3)4]2+ + SO42- + H2O

Here [Cu(NH3)4]2+ is coordination entity and SO42- is counter ion.

 

Na3[Fe(OX)3] ----------> [Fe(OX)3]3- + 3Na1+

Here [Fe(OX)3]3- is coordination entity and Na1+ is counter ion.
