When trying to calculate how long should it take to be served by the restaurant (from the time a customer enters the kiosk queue until her food is delivered) using a queue model. I'll paste the actual question below. I have attempted numerous tries to get this but I can't figure it out by calculating or using the queue model. It is required to be in minutes. I have tried multiple options but none work. For example 2.55 does not work.
