conclution about interpretation of arrythmias in different heart disease
Arrhythmia refers to the loss of heartbeat rhythm or abnormal heartbeat rhythms. Identification of arrhythmia can be done be analyzing the electrocardiogram (ECG). ECG is a method of testing the heart functioning by measuring its electrical activity.
The heart has a unique pattern of beating that is recorded in an electrocardiogram (ECG). An abnormal pattern can be an indicator of cardiac disorder. Arrhythmia can be measure by using a piece of paper and marking events such as ventricular QRS complexes. The regularity of the various events in the ECG can be judged by analyzing various measurements of ECG such as PR interval and RR interval. It helps in detecting the nature of arrhythmia in the person as tachycardia or bradycardia. In the case of tachycardia, the RR interval will lower while in bradycardia the RR interval increases.
