For students to attend a Tier 1 School, they must score 85% or higher on the Common Entrance Score. A score between 60% and 85% will get students to a Tier 2 School. A Tier 3 school will accept students with scores below 60%. What percentage of students will attend schools in each 
Tier?

d) The education officer has promised to provide scholarships to the students in the district whose performance are in the top 1%.
