Expert Solution
Step 1

In this problem , there are three types of reaction involved :

1) precipitation reaction : When two soluble compounds (in aqueous solution) makes a precipitate in aqueous solution (non soluble) , the reaction is called precipitation reaction .

2) combination reaction : when two or more compounds /elements get together to form a new compound , the reaction is called combination reaction .

3) decomposition reaction : when a compound breaks down into two or more compounds , the reaction is called decomposition reaction .
