Pb2+(aq)+2KCl(aq)PbCl2 (s) +2K+(aq)   

Molar mass of Pb and Pb2+ ions is same as the mass of electrons lost by Pb to form Pb2+ ions is negligible.

Molar mass of Pb2+ ions = 207.2 g/mol

Molar mass of KCl = 74.55 g/mol

Mass of 2 moles of KCl = 2(74.55 g)=149.1 g

Molar mass of PbCl2 =278.1 g/mol

Limiting reactant is the one that limits the formation of product as it is present in less amount than required for completion of the reaction.
