System also monitor the attempts of unauthenticated login and informs the Network manager immediately Online attendance system has been used since last 10 years to automate the attendance entry into the Salary processing system. The attendance data along with the wage rate is used to calculate the salary to be given to each employ at the end of the month. HRIS has been used extensively in the company to get the monthly and annual reports about the employee performance evaluation. Fatima also informed Ahmed that company is using a custom build systems for providing the summary information of all the branches and department. They call this system as summative. Summative also has drill down facility for getting detailed information At the end of meeting Ahmed suggested Fatima to classify the large number of information systems according to types of operational support systems and management support systems. Question 1. Analyse the above case and categorise all the information system into three type of operational support systems and three types of management support systems. Question 2.
