The other teachersat both of these schools agree that this software is a good choice. It is very up-to-date and it is also challenging andfun for the students. The title of the book is Glencoe Basic Computer Skills. The software that comes with thetextbooks is called GPBCS.This is an excellent choice for a textbook and software combination. The GPBCS software and the textbook areintegrated. The students can type the textbook exercises into the software program on the computer. Moreover, theycan get an immediate score of the errors and speed of each lesson. The software is easy to use and install. Studentshave their own password and screen name, and their progress is automatically saved after each lesson.ConclusionIn conclusion, I think it would be a great benefit to our college if you approved this proposal and order textbooks andsoftware for my lab. Before students can advance to their major courses, they must have basic computer skills. Themost basic computer skill is typing. If students cannot use a keyboard, they cannot use a computer.
