Can you enumerate how many different "right hand rules" (RHR) there are for electromagnetism?

Specifically, there are two variants which I'm trying to figure when to use which. See attached figure for one variant. And the second variant describes the RHR as pointing your right index finger in the direction of the current, and then your fingers will curl in the direction of the magnetic field.
See how the second variant only has two parts? Index finger, and rest of fingers curl in direction of B. So when to use the first variant, as it has 3 parts. And is the V (index finger) in the first variant the same as current (index finger) in the second variant?
And now for a more practical application. Can you describe which RHR was used to answer the 3 questions below?
#1. A current carrying loop of wire lies flat on a table top. When viewed from above, the current moves around the loop in a counterclockwise sense. For points OUTSIDE the loop, the magnetic field caused by this current (points in what direction and/or cw or ccw, etc)?
#2. For points INSIDE the loop, the magnetic field caused by this current (points in what direction and/or cw or ccw, etc)?
