Can you adjust the answers I think the external loads don't take one equation out of consideration  (I am always confused with the number of eq.  I always use 3 equations, while you always use 2 in the 2D plan the eq is 3? but where can i find if there is an external load should i remove one eq)

but regarding the part b) 

I think we should mention the number of loops so the equation should be :

SI = ext + int - releases = react. - (3 equ) + (3 equ) ( nb of loops) - releases ( no hinges here )
= (4) - (3) + (3)(1) - 0

= 4h degree

and if I used the simple method, I brake the frame into 2 members
so r= 2+2+3+3=10
 n= 2 members
so  r> 3n by 4 degree
