2+2*8%=2+2*8100=2+0.16=2.16

consider x is price of lemonade ,and y number of bracelets ,then we create equation

2x+2.16y<=16

If each child bought a $2 lemonade 

therefore put x<=2.16

2*2.16+2.16y<=16

4.32+2.16y<=16

2.16y<=16-4.32

2.16y<=11.68

y<=11.682.16

y<=5.4

therefore  $2 bracelets could they buy altogether are 5
