Briefly discuss three main approaches to the child labour policy.

Understanding of Child labour
On the other hand, the work of children can be seen in a wide variety of situations. Legal work for children includes age-appropriate 'light work' and chores that are not harmful to the children and do not interfere with their enjoyment of other rights, such as their right to education, on the one hand.
CHILD LABOUR refers to any type of children's work that is undesirable due to its negative influence on the child. It could be due to the fact that it interferes with a child's schoolwork, their time to play, or the fact that they are under the minimum legal age for work. Childhood, potential, and dignity are taken away from children when they work as "child labour," according to the International Labour Organization.
Child Labour Policy
As a result of extensive consultations with stakeholders, the Government of India has notified the amendment to the Child Labour Central Rules. For the prevention, banning, relief operations, and rehabilitation of child and adolescent workers, the Rules provide both a broad and specific structure. Additionally, specific provisions have been incorporated into the rules to clarify issues related to family assistance, family enterprises, and the definition of family with respect to children. The Act also protects artists who are allowed to work under the Act in terms of working hours and conditions.
