Blank is the field most linked to early psychology origins.
A number of cultures throughout history have tried to explain the human mind, behavior, nature, personality, etc. But the true origins of psychology go back to early philosophy. The interest in the human mind and behavior can be traced back to ancient civilizations of Greece, Egypt, India, and China. Even till mid 19th century, psychology was majorly a part of Philosophy when it was finally developed as a separate field in Germany and America during this time.
Between 600 and 300 BCE, Greek philosophers like Socrates, Aristotle, Plato, etc., wrote about a number of topics including pleasure, pain, motivation, knowledge, and more which are considered as major topics under psychology to this day. As time went by, a number of other philosophers like Rene Descartes, John Locke, Thomas Hobbes, etc., came with their theories about the human mind and behavior.
The first use of the term "Psychology" is attributed to German philosopher Rudolf Gockel in 1590, and almost six decades later, the word was used by Croatian humanist Marko Marulic. But the word was still not popular until German philosopher Christian Wolf used it in the 1730s. In America, however, the term mental philosophy was more popular and the term psychology was popularized not until the middle of the 19th century.
