Whenever S2 will be closed then voltmeter will show zero reading as when a short circuit is placed in parallel with the resistors then resistance offered by these resistors will be nullified as no current will flow through there resistors as whole current will flow through the short circuit elements.

So in C,E,G,H configurations voltmeter will read zero .
