B. As shown in the figure, on the left side, North pole is generated and right side, there is South pole. This is given by right hand thumb rule(Right Hand Thumb Rule: If a current carrying conductor is imagined to be held in your right hand such that the thumb points along the direction of current, then the direction of the wrapped fingers will give the direction of magnetic field lines.)

Thus magnetic field at left of solenoid is perpendicular to the sheet of paper and directed inward.
