Fiona is the course authority for a particular university course. In this course, students submit an assignment where
they write an essay. Each essay is marked out of 20. Fiona has two tutors Anson and Jiefei who mark the essays.
Fiona randomly assigns Anson to mark approximately half of the submitted essays and assigns Jiefei to mark the rest.
Fiona wants to know if Anson is marking harsher than Jiefei is. In particular, Fiona wants to test the claim that the
average mark awarded by Anson is less than the average mark awarded by Jiefei.
Fiona randomly selects some of the essays marked by Anson and computes the average mark Anson awarded those
essays. She also randomly selects some of the essays marked by Jiefei and computes the average mark Jiefei
awarded those essays.
