Assignment 3 - Weather and Climate Quiz. Students take a ten question quiz, identifying the definition of
weather and climate, and determine which of eight events are weather or climate related.
Assignment 4 - Graphic Organizer. Students work in groups of 4 to create a Tri-Venn diagram,
comparing and contrasting thunderstorms, tornadoes, and hurricanes.
Assignment 5 - Exit slip. Students answer the following questions. 1) Which storm
larger in diameter:
a tornado or a hurricane? 2) Which storm travels faster: a tornado or a hurricane? 3) Which storm lasts
