Task 2 Sub-system B: Gray code to binary coverter
You should design a circuit that will convert the Gray code as generated by the rotary
encoder to normal binary code that can then be used elsewhere in the system.
(i) Create a table that relates a 3-bit Gray code (G2G1G0) to the binary equivalent (B2B1BO)
(ii) Derive and simplify where possible the logic needed to generate B2, B1 and BO from the
Gray code pattern.
(iii) Construct a suitable circuit in Circuitverse that will accomplish this conversion and check
that it is functioning correctly.
