As a logistics data analyst, I am exploring how digital twin technology can enhance my company’s operational efficiency. Will be focusing on one of three areas: warehouse operations, manufacturing and service operations, or port operations. If i cboose warehouse operations as my areas, how to identify specific processes where digital twin models can drive improvements? I planning to start by describing the selected focus area, then outline the current operations in place, using a process flow diagram to highlight the key activities I would need in the flexsim model for this project. At the minimum, my model should include Source, Queue, Processor, Rack, Sink and other essential Objects which might be necessary. The target of my total Objects should be at least 15 but should not exceed 3. How am i suppose to analyse the input distribution of the key components. And how i suppose to state clearly where i incorporated the input data into my model with screenshots where necessary and how you obtained the input data.

How am i suppose to analyse the input distribution of the key components. And how i suppose to state clearly where
i incorporated the input data into my model with screenshots where necessary and
how you obtained the input data.
