Are the following good examples of actions an organization might take to improve employee job satisfaction? What are some actions an organization might take to improve employee job satisfaction? For this action I would say that for an organization to improve their employee satisfaction would be to better their benefits, maybe higher pay and being careful on who they hire as well. From my own experience that last company that I worked for, they had a hard time bringing employee job satisfaction. The job itself was not hard at all but for keeping people around, they had a hard time due to other companies offerings, like higher pay and better benefits. Also the people that they would hire was not good. The place that I work at, their are many companies that offer a better schedule as well and that made it easier for some. For me it was the environment and pretty much benefits, higher pay, and the schedule. My job satisfaction was low in that regards but now that I am working for PARSONS. my job satisfaction is much better now. Yes I think that if organizations want to improve on employee job satisfactions these are things that they should think about first and think about what other areas that they may want to improve on.
