Definition - A contract is a legal document which promises enforceable by law. The contract is said to be applicable when there is a mutual acceptance of two or more persons, where one person is accepting the order and another person is making an offer.
Answer A - Any contract can come to formation when both the persons/parties agree to the terms and conditions of the contract. Contracts can either be written or oral, it depends on the mutual understanding of the parties. But the problem with oral contract is that they are very difficult to enforce by law because there will be no kind of record of the offer and acceptance.
Hence, most contracts are in a written document.
