The 1H signals can be calculated by observing the different sets of hydrogen atoms in a compound.
The best method is to pass a plane which divides the compound into 2 equal halves. The half part would help in depicting the sets in a molecule.
- The plane of symmetry can be seen and it passes through the olefinic carbons. Thus, the compound has 3 sets of different hydrogens as shown,

- The molecule has no POS thereby all hydrogens are different. It contains 4 different sets of hydrogen and has 4 signals. The 2 methyl groups are equivalent and hence, the 6 equivalent hydrogens will have the same signal.
