A University Library provides two types of collections: printed and electronic. For printed collection, user can access the collection directly from the library building. For borrowing printed collection, user can access self borrowing area, or ask for help to librarian in circulation area. Additional service provided in this pandemic situation is printed book delivery services for both borrowing and returning process. For electronic colllection, user can search and access it from library website by signing in first to verify the user's identity. Users that are allowed to use library collections and facilities are students and lecturers. Each student can borrow maximum 3 printed collections at the same time, while lecturer can borrow more than 3 printed collections (depends on the number of course allocated to that lecturer each semester). One printed collection could be borrowed for two weeks. If the user returned the book past the due date, user must pay a fine of two thousand rupiah for each day past the due. University library provide not only collection, but reference services and facilities. For accessing facilities or requesting reference services, user must book before attending the library. This is a new procedure applied in this pandemic condition to check visitor quota for each library area. Once user enter library, user can use facilities or services that are requested before and access any printed collection provided inside library. Library also provide online reference services via video conference on specific schedule. User need to register for online reference services via library website.
