First we will find equation of line A

Let us take two points from the graph on this line

1,0 and 0,3

m=y2-y1x2-x1=3-00-1=-3

slope =-3

Now, lets find equation using this slope

 y-y1=mx-x1y-0=-3x-1y=-3x+3 

Now, y<-3x+3

because inequality satisfies 0,0 and line is dotted.
