Hi, I already saw someone explain this (and got the right answer)... but the way someone worked it out was 10^5 at some point to get the desired answer... (and it was correct: 1/100000)

However, I need more of an explanation of WHY it's 10^5 and not 9^5, since it's 9 digits of a social security number rather than 10. Thanks! :)
