with his new classmates were limited because of not knowing their culture.
In the following days, Jonathan faced some challenges in using educational materials for his
assignments. His peers were accustomed to using high-technology. Yet, it was Jonathan's first
time seeing those machines. Because of not knowing how to use them and being afraid of
others' reactions, he did not submit several of his assignments. It was a defense mechanism,
and he wanted to look "cool" by not submitting his assignment. He chose not to ask for help.
This situation caught the school administration's attention, gave Jonathan a warning, and
reminded him that his school place depended on his achievement. Later, the school
administration arranged a meeting with all ten selected students and reminded their roles as
