We need to evaluate the value of the function f at x = -1, 0, and 5.

Notice that -2<-1<0. So, f(-1) = (-1)2 =1. 

Now, x = 0. So, f(0) = 0 + 1 = 1.

Further, 5 > 2 for which the value of the function is not defined. So, f(5) = Doesn't exist or DNE.

Hence, f(-1) = 1, f(0) = 1, and f(5) = DNE.
