Here expression is 

2N4 + 5N2 + N.

Here leading term is. 2N4 as for very large value of N.

2N4 >>>> 5N2 + N.

Thus 5N2 + N can be neglected .

Also 2 is constant in 2N4 and does not impact the big -o time complexity and can be neglected.
