Expert Solution
Step 1

Clearly given graph is of an even degree polynomial.

Zeros if the polynomial is -4, 0,3

and 3 have multiplicity 2 and 3 respectively.

So,  f(x) = a(x+4)(x2(x-3) 3

f(x) =ax2(x+4) (x-3)where 'a' constant (real number)

Fine an value of constant 'a'

From the graph

At x=2, y=f(x) -1

Therefore -1= a×4×6×(-1)

a=1/24

So an is equation is

f(x) =1/24{x2(x+4)(x-3)3}
