recently diagnosed and the fatigue he is experiencing. The patient stated that he feels
even more tired than his last visit and the dizziness started after he started taking his
new antihypertensive medication, metoprolol. The physician orders a new antihypertensive
medication to hopefully relieve the patient's side effect from the metoprolol.

a complication of her heart transplant status.
