5. Convert 68.0 ft/s to km/h using dimensional analysis. For full credit, use one long chain of conversion factors using the given relationships below plus relationships between meters and centimeters and between meters and kilometers (relationships you should know). Report your answer with the correct number of significant figures. Given: 1 ft = 12 in, 1 in = 2.54 cm, 60 min = 1 h, 60 s = 1 min
States of Matter
The substance that constitutes everything in the universe is known as matter. Matter comprises atoms which in turn are composed of electrons, protons, and neutrons. Different atoms combine together to give rise to molecules that act as a foundation for all kinds of substances. There are five states of matter based on their energies of attraction, namely solid, liquid, gases, plasma, and BEC (Bose-Einstein condensates).
Chemical Reactions and Equations
When a chemical species is transformed into another chemical species it is said to have undergone a chemical reaction. It consists of breaking existing bonds and forming new bonds by changing the position of electrons. These reactions are best explained using a chemical equation.

What volume of the 6.00% (w/v) citric acid solution described above would be needed to provide
565 mg of citric acid for a reaction? For full credit, show your work using a single dimensional
analysis grid (or one chain of conversion factors) and report your answer with the correct number of
significant figures. (You should know the relationship between grams and milligrams.)
