Step 1: Establishing the concept.
HF is a weak acid with a Ka value of 6.9 x 10-4 (pKa = 3.17)
And like any weak acid, it forms a good buffer with its salt with a strong alkali like NaOH, KOH etc
So HF and NaF form a very good buffer system and the pH of this buffer system is given by the Henderson eqn
Now for this buffer system, we have [F-] = 0.100M and [HF] = 0.050M
Therefore, the pH will be after plugging in the values
