Bones
Phlegm

Choler
Hippocrates was the person who postulated the idea of humorism in medicine. He believed that there are certain bodily fluids that exist in balance in a healthy individual. If there is a deficiency or excess of these bodily fluids then a diseased state is established. The imbalance of the bodily fluids was described as dyscrasia and the balance is called eucrasia. The disease can also be caused due to the corruption of these bodily fluids due to environmental factors, dietary changes, etc.
The humor was linked with seasons, personality traits, and star signs. Galen was instrumental in developing the Theory of Opposites in which he stated that excess humor can be balanced by its opposite component. Many treatments were conducted to restore the balance in the humor like bloodletting done by means of cupping, using leeches or cutting a vein, or by using emetics to induce vomiting or using laxatives to cleanse the bowel. The examination of the urine was an indicator of whether the humor was in balance.
