Derivative of the function is given as

f'x=ddxfx

f'x=ddxx3-2ddxx2+ddxx-ddx1

f'x=3x2-22x+1-0

 f'x=3x2-4x+1   ......... (i)

To get critical points put f'x=0

3x2-4x+1=0

3x2-3x-x+1=0

3xx-1-1x-1=0

3x-1x-1=0

3x-1=0 or x-1=0

x=13 or x=1
