these tests to memory:
a. CBC -lavender or purple tubes
b. PT or APTT – Light Blue Tube
c. BMP or CMP – SST tube
d. Ammonia – Green tube
e. Glucose – Gray
(f. Blood Bank (Type & Cross) -Lavender, which has EDTA
anticoagulants or Yellow, which has ACD
