2) Below is program for #2 to read all the numbers from file numberRow.txt and write them to numberColumn.txt, one number per line.

It open both files numberRow.txt in read mode and numberColumn.txt in write mode
Read content from first file, split them with space to make a list of numbers using for loop iterate through list
- write numbers to second file, one number per line(separated by /n)

3) Save program in python file and run. Make sure you have numberRow.txt already created with numbers
