12+3I+2I-8+5I+10I=020I=-4I=-0.2A

This is the current flowing from 10 ohms resistance.  Therefore, 0.2 A current flows from this resistance. The negative sign indicates that the current is flowing in the opposite direction to our assumption, that is the current flowing from the positive terminal of the 12-volt battery.
