The independent variable used in Regression analysis is named Predictor variable. It offers data of an associated dependent variable regarding a particular outcome.
I have struggled with questions related to the one in the image attached. What makes these data distributions such as these symmetrical and non-symmetrical? I have had multiple various questions of this type and I cannot get any of them right when it seems VERY easy to figure out just by looking at the numbers alone. I even DRAW OUT the graphs to give a better visual but I assume I am just missing or over-thinking some simple concepts.
