Expert Solution
Step 1: Introduction

Until the receiver gets over the cut-off elevation, it doesn't begin automatically seeking a satellite. Unless manually allocated, monitored satellites which fall underneath the cut-off inclination are really no longer monitored.

Satellites underneath the altitude cut-off point are excluded from an internal position as well as clock discrepancy correction calculations in either instance. A low-elevated satellite is one that is tracked barely above the horizon by the receiver. When a satellite is within 0 as well as 15 degrees from the horizon, it is termed low altitude.
