1.3 What is the BOD value after 12 days if the test is run at a temperature of 15°C? Use 0 as 1.047.
1.4 During the test at 20°C, 7.5ml of wastewater containing no dissolved oxygen is initially mixed
with 275ml of diluted water containing 6.78mg/l of dissolved oxygen. After the 5-day incubation
of the wastewater, the dissolved oxygen of the mixture is noted to be 4.19mg/l. Calculate the 5-
day of the wastewater if standard 300ml BOD-bottle is used.
