The survey questionnaire will include closed-ended questions to measure the level of IT adoption, perceived benefits and challenges, and the impact of IT on competitiveness and sustainability. The qualitative approach will involve in-depth interviews with 10 family-owned businesses to gain a deeper understanding of the benefits and challenges of IT implementation and recommendations for effective IT usage. The interviews will be semi-structured and will allow participants to share their experiences and perceptions of IT adoption in family-owned businesses. Data Analysis: The data collected from the survey and interviews will be analyzed using statistical and thematic analysis techniques. Descriptive statistics will be used to analyze the quantitative data, while thematic analysis will be used to analyze the qualitative data. The findings will be presented in narrative and tabular forms, and the results of the analysis will be compared to the literature review to identify similarities and differences.
