beam deflections using the following methods: Double Integration Method, Area-Moment
Method, and Conjugate Beam Method.
Problem:
Determine the deflection specified in each of the following beams. Use only one method
to solve for each. You can choose which method to use in each beam, as long as all three must
be used in any of the beams. Assume constant El. Use E = 200 GPa and I = 800 x 10 6 mm4 for all
beams.
