The electric field vector function is the negative gradient of the electric potential.

And potential difference scalar function between two point in space is the -ve  line integration of dot product of  electric field and elementary line element between 2 points.

So in between 2 different points  where potential difference is zero there can not be any electric field line connecting them.

Because as tho points are different so line integration of electric field along this path will never be zero because electric field is a radial vector. So
