Pka value is negative logarithm of ka . Higher the ka value higher will be acidity and hence lower will be pka value .
so higher the pka value lower will be ka value and lower will be acidity .
In diphenylmethanol two phenyl groups are attached due to which it’s acidity increases due to resonance and hence ka value increase and pka will decrease. While in isopropanol ch3 groups are attached so it show +I effect and as compared to phenyl group it show less acidity and hence pka value is more .
Pka value = isopropanol > diphenylmethanol .
