The acquisition accel data over the week is presented with a low to medium level, with an upward trend, and is presented with low variability . The last accel data point for the week was 13, indicating that AIM was not met, but is anticipated to be met by the following week. The acquisition decel data is presented with low level, no trend and low variability.

Figure 3.1 displays the fluency data collected for the week of November 27 th - December 1 st . As shown above, the fluency accel is staying at a medium to high level, with no trend and with low variability and an outlier on 11/30. The variability is hypothesized to be related to my behavior taking longer to answer on the fourth day of the week. Although with these results, fluency was still maintained throughout the week, but not on the first day.. The fluency decel is present at a low level, with no trend, and low variability. Study Approach and Adjustments Antecedent: My current study schedule has shown to be effective over deck 3. The first step was to set my weekly goal to be 12 with the new deck. With that being said, I determined my reinforcers for the week, and if this goal is met by Friday, my behavior can get reinforced by having Friday night be a study free night and watch my K-drama show. Another goal I set for myself is that if my behavior can sustain meeting an upward trend of my SAFMEDS for week 6, my behavior can be reinforced by spending Saturday with my husband for our 10-year anniversary together. My current reinforcement procedures include one, being reinforced by completing the SAFMEDS cards and inputting the data onto Precision X before 10’ o clock in the evening. Additional procedures include studying 4 days per week for 10-15 minutes by reading through flashcards I made of Deck 3 by saying the terms/definitions out loud. The last procedure I can do is use the “study mode” on the SAFMEDS app after studying the flashcards. If I am successful with the last two procedures, I can reinforce myself by resting for 10-15 minutes. Behavior : On day 1, I ran a single baseline with a 30-second timing and inputted the data point onto Precision X. On days 2 through 5, I ran five 30-second timings a day. I then entered the best data points into Precision X for the next 4 days. For my fluency deck 3 from previous SAFMEDS decks, I ran three to six 30-second timings across all 5 days of the week. The data is analyzed for fluency with the previous decks from ABA 620 through ABA 630. With the timings, maintaining fluency, I was content of being able to still reach AIM, except for one day with the fluency deck while also being able to get an upward trend with deck 3 of SAFMEDS. Consequence : Following my last best timing, I entered the data into Precision X immediately. I looked at the data for the week and the deck to evaluate if the AIM is anticipated to be met and/or if there was any variability in the data. This week’s acquisition accel data has low variability due to having an upward trend with deck 3. For decel cards, an additional 5- minutes of studying will be performed for each decel card. At the end of week 6, I met my accel goal for the week and my behavior was reinforced with Friday night with no studying and was able to watch my K-drama show. After completing my studying procedures, I was able to rest for 10-15 minutes. Lastly, by inputting all my timing by 10 o’clock in the evening, my behavior will be reinforced by being able to spend my Saturday out with my husband for our 10-year anniversary and by having my accel go in an upward trend. Adjustments : Due to the accel going on an upward trend, I will continue to use the current studying procedures with the upcoming weeks of SAFMEDS and hopefully reach AIM for week 7 and 8.
