presento mis soluciones a las cuestiones presentadas
1º Calcula el Margen Bruto en los años X y X+1. ¿Ha evolucionado como las Ventas?
X = margen bruto 183/ventas 1214 = 0.15 * 100 = 15%
X+1 = margen bruto 231/ ventas 1845 = 0.125*100 = 13%
Las ventas del año X+1 incrementaron un 34% en comparación con el año X, pero también los
costos incrementaron en un 36%, por lo tanto, hay que recurrir a otra estrategia ya que, aunque hubo
un incremento, los gastos superan a las ventas.
2º Calcula el BDI/Ventas en los años X y X+1. ¿Ha bajado? ¿Es peligroso? ¿Por qué?
X = BDI57/ventas1214 = 0.046*100 = 5%
X+1 = BDI53/ventas 1845 = 0.028*100 = 3%
Si se evidencia una baja, es peligroso ya que las ventas bajan y deja de haber liquidez en la empresa
para afrontar los gastos, deudas, inventario etc., y con ello se ven afectadas directamente las
utilidades de esta.
3º Calcula la Rentabilidad de los Fondos Propios de los años X y X+1. ¿Qué opinas?
X = BDI57/fondos propios 218 = 0.261*100 = 26.1%
X+1 = BDI53/fondos propios 275 = 0.192*100 = 19.0%
Las utilidades en comparación con la inversión no son las esperadas, se deben tomar medidas para
que las inversiones puedan tener el resultado esperado.
4º Calcula la Rentabilidad del Activo Neto (RAN) en los años X y X+1. ¿Por qué no es lo mismo
que el anterior?
X = BDI57/activo neto (activo – pasivo sin coste prov.) = 11%
X+1 = BDI53/activo neto (activo – pasivo sin coste prov.) = 7%
Se evidencia un incremento del año X del 35% en comparación del año X+1, no es lo mismo que el
anterior por el alto nivel de deuda, ya que la empresa se desvaloriza.
5º Calcula el Coeficiente de Liquidez ¿Cómo evoluciona? ¿Va mejorando?
X = activo corriente/pasivo a corto plazo = 2.7
X+1 = activo corriente/pasivo a corto plazo = 2.7
X+2 = activo corriente/pasivo a corto plazo = 3.4
Evoluciona bien, mejora lentamente 6º ¿Y el Coeficiente de Solvencia?
X = fondos propios/fondos ajenos = 0.38
X+1 = fondos propios/fondos ajenos = 0.30
X+2 = fondos propios/fondos ajenos = 0.2
Los fondos propios aun no son suficiones para cubrir los fondos ajenos 7º ¿Y el Coeficiente de Endeudamiento?
X = recursos ajenos/pasivo total = 68%
X+1 = recursos ajenos/pasivo total = 74%
X+2 = recursos ajenos/pasivo total = 78%
