What is the policy intended to do? (Explain the purpose of the current or proposed public

The Pro Act was intended to do is to strengthen the power of the labor union and the right of the worker to organize and collective bargaining. The goal is to address existing laws that can safeguard workers and penalize employers who retaliate against their efforts to unionize and including loopholes that permit employers to misclassify their employees as independent contractors.

I support the protection of the workers right and strengthening labor unions, but the policy I support some change but it should also consider the unique needs of different types of works ●

The PRO Act aim to strengthen labor union and protect worker rights and to improve. While research shows union members earn 13.2% more, the Act plan is to reclassify independent contractors may have unintentional consequences.
