How is
The Count of Monte Cristo
an example of melodrama?
Your Answer:
The Count of Monte Cristo has shown examples of melodrama during the plot and execution.
During a traditional melodrama, there is a clear line between good and evil with countless
struggles between the two of them. In the end good prevails and the evil characters get their

What did Georg II the Duke of Saxe-Meiningen and Richard Wagner help to create in the world
of theater? And what countries did they reside in?
Your Answer:
Richard Wagner viewed this as the creator of operas and he argued that a performance should be
a master of artworks through a "fusion of the arts." Wagner has many performances for a musical
score during the plot lines for German fairy tales and myths in his Native land of Germany.
Georg II was the Duke of Saxe-Meiningen. He was also a control freak because he was very
interested in theatre, so he can put on shows, and demanding the scenery, costumes, and sets to
be built exactly the way he wants. He was the first director figures in theatre in his Native land of
Germany.

What did Nora Helmer do in
A Doll’s House
that had her worried her husband would lose his
reputation? Why did she do it? Why was this a problem in the society they lived in?
Your Answer:
Nora Helmer forged her father's name in order to borrow money. She did this because she needed
the money in order to restore her husband health and she wasn't allowed to borrow money
without her husband's health. This became a problem because she wasn't also allowed to
establish independence and she had no choice but to commit a crime and she believed she was
doing the right thing.
